About the role

Salona Dental, a member of the Adria Dental Group, is looking for a Dental Assistant (m/f) to ensure high‑quality dental‑medical care and a positive patient experience through professional, empathetic service.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and triage patients according to diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Order consumables and medications, and manage inventory.
• Prepare the treatment room, instruments, equipment and materials for procedures.
• Perform disinfection and sterilisation tasks.
• Prepare patients for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Monitor patients during and after procedures, providing oral hygiene and nutrition advice.
• Assist the dentist during procedures and in emergency situations.
• Maintain, archive and store electronic medical records in the dental software system.
• Communicate with patients, healthcare professionals and team members.
• Ensure quality standards in the dental office.

Required profile

• Completed secondary school with a focus on dental assistance or a recognised re‑qualification program.
• Strong communication abilities and teamwork skills.
• Empathy, patience and understanding when working with patients.
• Neatness, precision and reliability.
• Basic computer proficiency.
