Cyber Security Specialist

About the role

Join ANDRITZ Digital Factory as a Cyber Security Specialist and help shape the future of industrial OT security. You will work with international teams, modern technologies and contribute to secure, resilient digital operations across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run the global OT cybersecurity program.
• Create policies, guidelines and processes; coordinate reviews; deliver training and awareness.
• Drive OT Cyber Security Management System (CSMS) implementation across business areas.
• Support implementation, coordinate with business and Group functions, monitor KPIs and progress, and coordinate audits.
• Manage OT cybersecurity incidents and vulnerability publishing, including CVE handling and security updates.
• Coordinate incident reporting and response, working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the global cybersecurity team on initiatives and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Management, Cybersecurity, Engineering or a related field (Master’s with management focus is a plus).
• 3–5 years of experience in management or coordination roles, with at least 1–3 years in cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of OT cybersecurity risks, standards and regulations.
• Proven project and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with product development and cybersecurity processes.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience in training, awareness, documentation and change management.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Required skills

• Knowledge of OT cybersecurity standards such as IEC 62443, NIST, EU NIS2 and EU Cyber Resilience Act.
• Vulnerability management including CVE handling and security advisory processing.
• Incident response coordination for OT environments.
