Customer Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our Novigrad office. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling orders and inquiries for our eyewear and sports‑apparel segments.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process orders for eyewear, apparel, footwear and accessories.
• Communicate with customers by phone and email in a timely, professional manner.
• Answer product, order and complaint questions and provide accurate information.
• Enter orders into internal systems, obtain approvals and manage daily business tools.
• Handle customer complaints from intake through resolution, coordinating with production teams.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and analyse reports as required by management.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Advanced written and spoken Croatian.
• Good command of English for everyday communication.
• Previous experience in a similar customer‑service role is a plus.
• Strong communication, teamwork and proactive attitude.
• Disciplined, flexible and able to prioritize workload effectively.
