Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d)

About the role

The Customer Service Specialist will act as the main point of contact for customers in Croatia, Slovenia and export markets. You will support sales operations, manage documentation, and ensure smooth logistics while maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain data in ERP and CRM systems.
• Create offers, orders, invoices, return documents and credit notes for domestic and export customers.
• Archive sales documentation for EU and export markets.
• Handle customs processes for import, export and inward processing in third‑country markets.
• Administer consignment sales business processes.
• Generate stock replenishment requests and track them through to warehouse withdrawal.
• Support customers via written communication and telephone, strengthening existing relationships.
• Implement and continuously improve working processes.
• Provide logistic support, including billing of loan services.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team.

Required profile

• Completed commercial training with experience in customer service for an international company serving EU and export markets.
• Proficient with standard MS‑Office applications (Word, Excel).
• Independent, reliable, well‑organized and goal‑oriented.
• Strong written and oral command of English and Slovenian.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
