About the role

We are looking for a motivated Cook to join our hotel kitchen in Zagreb. You will be responsible for preparing high‑quality meals for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare meals for hotel guests according to menu specifications.
• Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Coordinate daily tasks with kitchen staff and other hotel departments.
• Manage inventory, ensure fresh ingredients are available, and control stock levels.
• Creatively present dishes to enhance guest experience.

Required profile

• Completed hospitality‑tourism secondary education.
• At least 1 year of experience working in a kitchen, preferably in a high‑category hotel or restaurant.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Team spirit, strong organization, and professional attitude.
• Basic knowledge of English is desirable.
