Construction Manager – Licensed Civil Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a licensed Construction Manager to lead our building projects in Velika Gorica. The role involves overseeing all site activities, ensuring documentation compliance, and managing a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain construction documentation, including the building book, e‑construction diary, site situations and attestations.
• Prepare cost estimates, price analyses and detailed bill of quantities.
• Collect supplier offers, negotiate and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Supervise the construction site, ensuring safety, quality and schedule adherence.
• Lead and motivate the on‑site team to achieve project goals.

Required profile

• Passed the professional construction manager exam.
• Minimum 5 years of operational experience in high‑rise construction.
• Fluent in English.
• Registered in the official list of licensed construction managers.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
