CNC Operator (m/ž)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator to work on turning and/or milling machines in our production facility. You will follow work orders and technical documentation to produce high‑quality components while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathes and/or CNC milling machines according to work orders and technical drawings.
• Prepare machines, clamp workpieces, and perform tool changes and adjustments.
• Start, monitor, and control the machining process, making on‑the‑fly corrections within operator authority.
• Measure finished parts using calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, and other basic measuring instruments.
• Identify and report any deviations, tool wear, machine issues, or quality problems.
• Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and consumable replacement on CNC equipment.
• Maintain simple production records and adhere to quality, safety, and procedural guidelines.

Required profile

• Secondary technical education (CNC operator, machine technician, toolmaker or related field).
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand tolerances.
• Precision, responsibility, and the capacity to work independently.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and learn different CNC machines.
