CNC Operator (m/f)

About the role

We are expanding our production team and are looking for motivated CNC Operators to work at our facilities in Bobovica (Samobor) and Pojatno. You will be part of a stable company that values safety, continuous learning, and teamwork.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and prepare technical drawings using CAD/CAM tools.
• Operate CNC machines to produce insulating components.
• Read and verify technical drawings for product quality control.
• Follow and enforce machine safety protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness of the machine and surrounding work area.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar CAD software (preferred).
• Understanding of coordinate systems and technical drawing interpretation.
• Eagerness to learn new skills and improve performance.
• Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to work in shifts.
• Organised, efficient and able to work in a production environment.
• Previous manufacturing experience is an advantage.
• Experience with Fanuc or Biesse CNC machines is desirable but not mandatory.
