CNC Operator / Lathe Machinist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated CNC Operator / Lathe Machinist to join our production team in Zagreb. You will work on classic universal turning machines and CNC lathes, ensuring high‑quality metal parts are produced according to technical specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Perform metal machining on classic and CNC turning machines.
• Interpret and follow technical and technological documentation.
• Select and handle appropriate tools and measuring devices.
• Prepare materials and machines for each production run.
• Conduct quality checks on finished parts against the first‑sample documentation.
• Sort, label and store components according to work orders.
• Troubleshoot production issues together with technical staff.
• Maintain machine condition and ensure workplace safety.

Required profile

• Completed KV/SSS mechanical engineering program (CNC operator, lathe, grinder).
• Open to candidates with or without prior experience.
• Strong focus on efficiency, quality and results.
• Responsible, dedicated and flexible team player.
