About the role

The company seeks a skilled CNC operator to run and program hydraulic sheet‑metal bending machines (abkant presses). The role involves producing high‑precision components from technical drawings while ensuring quality and tolerance compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Independently operate, program and service CNC bending machines.
• Select, install and replace appropriate tools (dies and matrices) according to material thickness and type.
• Call up existing bending sequences or create new ones, setting angles, steps and pressure on the machine controller.
• Interpret technical documentation, work orders and drawings to determine sheet‑metal dimensions.
• Use hand tools such as angle grinders, electric drills and perform auxiliary tasks like deburring, drilling and manual radius grinding.
• Operate radial and column drills, magnetic hand drills, and handle crane and transport equipment.
• Continuously measure and inspect first pieces and finished products with precision gauges (dial gauge, angle gauge) and adjust machine parameters to maintain tolerances.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in CNC operation or a similar field.
• Ability to read technical drawings and documentation.
• Team‑oriented attitude and good communication skills.
