CNC operater – rad u pogonu strojne obrade

About the role

KONČAR Metalne konstrukcije is expanding its production team in Zagreb and seeks three skilled CNC operators to work on large machining centres. The role involves operating a CNC milling machine, handling 5‑axis equipment and ensuring parts are produced to exact specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling machines according to established procedures and guidelines.
• Work on large machining centres, including 5‑axis CNC equipment.
• Clamp, centre and measure workpieces throughout the manufacturing process.
• Assemble processed parts following work orders and complete documentation.
• Prepare cutting, clamping and measuring tools for each job.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in CNC machining or a similar field.
• Team‑oriented attitude with good communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work orders.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Siemens control units.
• Knowledge of Heidenhain control units.
• Proficiency in G‑code programming.
• Experience with 5‑axis CNC machining.
• Operation of electric and manual palletisers.
• Basic crane handling skills.
• Fundamental machine programming abilities.
