CNC operater - poslužitelj (m/ž)

About the role

MORLAK d.o.o. is looking for a motivated CNC operator to join its production team in Zagreb. The role involves operating and supervising CNC machines that process technical laminates, ensuring high‑quality output in a modern, safety‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Independently operate and monitor CNC machines for laminate processing.
• Prepare machines for work, install tools and load materials.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and work orders.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and keep equipment tidy.
• Troubleshoot minor faults and perform routine machine maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.

Required profile

• Secondary technical education (mechanical engineering, mechatronics or related field).
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, but newcomers with a willingness to learn are welcome.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation.
• High precision, responsibility and attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and capable of working independently.
• Valid category B driving licence.

Required skills

• CNC machine operation.
• Interpretation of technical drawings.
• Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM software (preferred).
