About the role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable cashier to join our METRO Cash & Carry store in Zadar. You will be the first point of contact for customers at the checkout, ensuring fast and accurate transactions while maintaining a clean work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process cash and electronic payments efficiently.
• Maintain daily cash register balances and related documentation.
• Provide product information and assistance to customers.
• Keep the checkout area tidy and organized.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary school education; prior experience is a plus.
• High sense of responsibility, speed, and accuracy.
• Customer‑oriented attitude and courteous communication.
• Team spirit and willingness to learn and develop.

Required skills

• Operation of cash registers and point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
