BIM Coordinator – Revit & BIM 360 Specialist

About the role

Vertiv Croatia is seeking a proactive BIM Coordinator to support the delivery of complex engineering projects. You will work closely with project teams to ensure BIM standards are applied consistently across all models and deliver high‑quality digital assets.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the BIM project environment, including BIM Execution Plans.
• Conduct regular BIM model audits and coordinate model updates.
• Lead BIM model coordination activities and support senior BIM staff.
• Create and quality‑check BIM content, and assist with general modeling tasks.
• Develop, implement, and enforce BIM standards and workflows.
• Train and support Revit users, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Provide internal BIM training and promote best technical practices.
• Collaborate with project team members throughout execution.
• Assist with 3D scanning, point‑cloud processing, and related tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Structural Engineering or Architecture.
• 2–5 years of experience in BIM or 3D modelling, preferably with Revit.
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
• Understanding of ISO 19650‑1/2 standards.
