Bid Management Specialist – Zagreb

About the role

Vertiv Croatia is seeking a Bid Management Specialist to lead the end‑to‑end bid process for new opportunities. You will coordinate virtual bid teams, manage commercial aspects of proposals, and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality bids.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the bid qualification process and coordinate inputs from technical, sales, marketing, finance, legal, procurement and delivery teams.
• Prepare and review commercial aspects of bids, ensuring all services are priced correctly.
• Track and manage risks throughout the bid lifecycle.
• Contribute to written proposals, both content and presentation.
• Arrange hand‑off meetings and transfer awarded projects to execution teams.
• Produce monthly, quarterly and yearly reports for management.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in solutions and services with full‑cycle bid management.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional virtual teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Croatian.
• Creative, innovative thinking and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Commercial mindset with attention to detail.
• Team‑working orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
