BI konzultant (m/ž)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced BI consultant to become a key player in designing and delivering Business Intelligence solutions that bridge business needs with modern analytics. You will work closely with stakeholders from sales, logistics, finance and procurement to turn data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business processes and identify reporting and analytical needs.
• Collaborate with users across sales, logistics, finance and procurement.
• Participate in the development and implementation of a new Data Warehouse solution.
• Design, build and maintain BI reports, dashboards and KPI systems.
• Create data models using star and snowflake schemas.
• Integrate data from ERP, SAP, SQL Server, Oracle, Excel and other sources.
• Define BI development standards and documentation.
• Educate users and provide expert support.
• Contribute to BI strategy planning and analytics platform evolution.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience on BI projects.
• Proven ability to model data and work with Data Warehouse and ETL processes.
• Hands‑on experience with Python.
• Understanding of business processes in sales, logistics, finance or procurement.
• Strong analytical mindset and capacity to lead projects independently.
