About the role

Addiko Bank is looking for a motivated branch banker to join its Šibenik office. You will be the face of the bank, helping customers with a full range of financial products and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Sell all banking products for individuals (credits, savings, cards, transactional services).
• Process cash deposits/withdrawals, account transfers, foreign exchange, payment transactions, and update client master data according to internal procedures.
• Build and maintain active relationships with existing clients, providing personalized advice.
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable products to meet personal and collective financial plans.
• Acquire new customers through participation in sales campaigns.
• Perform additional tasks as required by the branch.

Required profile

• Secondary or higher education in economics.
• Strong sales orientation and proactive work approach.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and sales abilities.
• Goal‑focused and results‑driven.
• Team player with reliable work habits.
• Ability to solve problems independently.
