About the role

We are looking for a proactive B2B Sales Representative to promote our digital solutions on the Croatian market. You will initiate contact with pre‑selected prospects, spark interest in our services, and arrange qualified sales meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Contact pre‑qualified potential customers provided by the company.
• Present our digital services clearly and simply.
• Engage with owners, directors, and heads of sales, marketing, or e‑commerce.
• Identify needs and potential for cooperation during conversations.
• Perform regular follow‑up with prospects.
• Schedule sales meetings and hand over interested leads to the expert team.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts and activities in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, telephone communication, or B2B customer interaction.
• Professional, confident, and pleasant communication style.
• Willingness to actively reach out to potential customers.
• Persistence and discipline in follow‑up activities.
• Ability to conduct structured sales conversations following defined guidelines.
• Strong organizational skills and proper CRM management.
• Excellent command of the Croatian language.
• English knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
• No technical expertise required.
