Assistant Department Manager - Supervisor

About the role

The Assistant Department Manager – Supervisor will support the launch of a new brand in Croatia, ensuring smooth product flow and high standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels on the sales floor and ensure regular product replenishment.
• Oversee efficient stockroom operations, maintaining organization and cleanliness.
• Motivate, develop, and delegate tasks to the team.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain consistent product availability.
• Prepare reports and analyse KPIs and budget achievement levels.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience managing a retail team.
• Good command of English for daily communication.
• Experience handling product flow and stockroom operations.
• Commitment to delivering high‑level customer service.
• Results‑oriented with strong organisational skills.
