About the role

We are looking for a proactive Assistant in the Procurement and Logistics department of a leading digital printing house. You will provide administrative support, handle ordering of graphic materials and ensure smooth transport and customs processes.

Key responsibilities

• Administrative support for the procurement and logistics team.
• Operational purchasing and ordering of graphic materials, entering orders and managing supplier correspondence.
• Monitoring and coordinating transport services for materials and goods.
• Preparing shipment documentation that accompanies goods.
• Assisting in the preparation of customs and related documentation for regular import and export activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar procurement or logistics role.
• Proficient use of the MS Office suite.
• Active knowledge of English; German is a plus.
• Responsible, team‑oriented attitude.
• Valid category B driver’s licence.
