About the role

The Faculty of ASPIRA is seeking a motivated Assistant Lecturer to support the kinesiology component of its undergraduate Sports Management program. The role involves delivering lectures, guiding students, and contributing to the academic community in Split.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct teaching sessions and related activities in line with the course syllabus, learning outcomes, and institutional standards.
• Prepare, update, and publish teaching materials; maintain attendance, exam, and grading records in the college’s systems.
• Communicate professionally with students, program coordinators, and teaching staff through official channels.
• Monitor student progress, administer assessments, and provide academic support.
• Participate in scholarly work, including publishing papers and engaging in projects, conferences, and professional development.
• Support college activities, adhere to internal policies and ethical standards, and involve students in projects, conferences, workshops, and clubs.
• Propose involvement of eminent experts in the teaching program.
• Address student‑faculty relations, suggest improvements, and facilitate extracurricular sports activities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Kinesiology.
