About the role

The company TPZ VILIČARI d.o.o., an exclusive dealer of Linde MH and MANITOU forklift brands, is looking for a motivated Sales Support Assistant to join its growing team in Zagreb.

Key responsibilities

• Process and monitor customer orders, coordinating delivery logistics.
• Prepare machine configuration documents.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing offers, contracts, and reports.
• Maintain and update the customer database with order information.
• Create and analyse sales reports and prepare data for management.
• Assist in marketing activities related to sales, such as promotional materials and presentations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and transport companies.

Required profile

• Completed secondary or higher education in economics, business, or a related field.
• Experience in administration, sales support, or similar roles is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Team player capable of independent problem solving.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
