Air Cargo Operations Specialist – Zagreb

About the role

We are looking for an Air Cargo Operations Specialist to join our Zagreb office. The successful candidate will support the planning, execution and monitoring of air freight shipments worldwide, working closely with airlines, customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and execute air cargo transports globally.
• Handle air freight consignments, including invoicing, calculation and quotation.
• Process customer inquiries, complaints and claims.
• Negotiate and cooperate with national and international partners.
• Communicate with airlines, suppliers, customers and colleagues worldwide.
• Manage import shipments for internal and agent‑routed business.
• Monitor workflow and shipment profitability.
• Support the Air Product Manager with reporting and advice.
• Maintain tracking system files and assist the sales team as needed.

Required profile

• Commercial education or freight forwarding studies.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (advantageous but not mandatory).
• Fluent in English and Croatian.
• Team player with commercial thinking and strong initiative.
• Organized, responsible and capable of multitasking.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
• Accurate data‑entry abilities.
