About the role
We are looking for a motivated Charter Travel Sales Agent to join our team in Dugi Rat. You will be responsible for selling and organizing tailor‑made charter trips across Croatia, ensuring a premium experience for our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Sell and coordinate custom charter travel packages.
- Communicate with clients, create personalized offers, and manage guest check‑in and check‑out.
- Reserve all services related to charter boat trips.
- Handle agency operations, including time‑sheet management.
- Assist with obtaining work permits for staff.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury tourism.
- Excellent command of English (C1/C2 level).
- Strong communication skills and flexibility in decision‑making.
Required skills
- Proficient use of AI tools for document creation, blog writing, and topic processing.
- Knowledge of social media marketing.
