About the role
The Advice Enablement Specialist provides expertise, advice and support for the financial advisory philosophy across the full product matrix. The role drives front‑line sales objectives by coaching, supervising and enabling Money Managers, Financial Advisors and Wealth Managers to deliver compliant, high‑quality advice to clients.
Key responsibilities
- Coach and mentor front‑line sales roles on the FNB Advice philosophy, processes and product knowledge.
- Develop innovative solutions to improve the financial advisory environment and ensure adherence to business rules and FAIS requirements.
- Monitor compliance with legislative, audit and regulatory standards, participating in oversight of financial service delivery.
- Facilitate hands‑on training sessions and knowledge‑sharing initiatives to boost sales skills and achieve team targets.
- Track, control and influence business activities to increase the number of supervised deals and ensure advice meets set standards.
- Maintain expert knowledge of specific products, pricing, application procedures, processing timelines and related documentation.
Required profile
- FSCA‑recognized degree at NQF Level 7.
- Relevant certifications such as RE1 and RE5C.
- Proven experience in financial advisory, sales enablement or coaching within a regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of FAIS and FSCA compliance requirements.
Required skills
- In‑depth knowledge of FAIS and FSCA regulatory frameworks.
- Familiarity with financial product pricing, application procedures and processing timelines.
- Ability to design and deliver effective training and coaching programs.
