About the role

The company is looking for a meticulous Fleet Administrator to manage the entire vehicle fleet, including passenger cars, vans, trucks and construction machinery. You will be the central point for documentation, reporting and coordination with insurance and service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a complete record of all vehicles and equipment.
• Organise registrations, technical inspections and insurance policies.
• Monitor the validity of all documentation.
• Track operating hours, mileage and fuel consumption of construction machinery.
• Enter data into internal systems and GPS platforms, keeping databases up‑to‑date.
• Prepare regular reports for the fleet manager.
• Handle damage claims and maintain documentation for insurance companies.
• Control and record invoices for service, fuel, tolls and fines.
• Order ENC and fuel cards and monitor their usage.
• Provide administrative support for vehicle procurement and disposal.
• Record vehicle damages and schedule regular maintenance.

Required profile

• Secondary school or higher education in economics, administration, transport or a related field.
• Experience in administrative tasks within fleet, logistics, administration or HR.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and systematic documentation handling.
• Ability to work independently on multiple parallel tasks.
• Good communication skills.
• Valid category B driving licence.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with administrative or ERP systems.
