About the role

The Logistics Administrator will support the warehouse and transport operations of EUROBETON, a manufacturer of construction elements. The role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating shipments, and collaborating with internal departments and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain warehouse records and monitor goods movement.
• Prepare and verify delivery notes, receipt documents and work orders.
• Organise and coordinate transport and deliveries.
• Collaborate with carriers, suppliers and colleagues from production, sales and procurement.
• Conduct inventory counts and suggest stock optimisation solutions.
• Monitor regulations related to storage and transport.
• Prepare reports and support the department manager.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education or a bachelor’s degree in economics, transport, logistics or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in logistics functions.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP (preferred).
