About the role

The Warehouse Administrator ensures smooth inbound and outbound flow of goods at the Lučko warehouse in Zagreb. You will be the first point of contact for drivers and customers, coordinating closely with the Customer Service team.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and register incoming shipments, communicating directly with drivers and customers.
• Coordinate daily operations with the Customer Service department.
• Record goods receipts and issue deliveries in the ERP system.
• Create transport labels, verify package integrity and prepare shipments.
• Inspect received goods, report quantity discrepancies and handle complaints.
• Maintain monthly reports on slow‑moving stock and items nearing expiration.
• Monitor inventory levels and order packaging materials (stretch film, boxes) from the purchasing department.
• Perform other warehouse administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics administration.
• Proficiency with an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Pantheon, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel for data tables and inventory records.
• High computer literacy and accuracy in data entry.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with drivers, customers and internal teams.
• Secondary education, preferably in economics, logistics or transport.
• Experience with Navision is a plus but not mandatory.
