About the role

This is an office‑based position responsible for managing the procurement process and related documentation. The role ensures smooth communication with suppliers, carriers and freight forwarders while maintaining accurate records of incoming goods.

Key responsibilities

• Create goods receipt entries and perform cost calculations upon arrival of merchandise.
• Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders, resolve issues and negotiate terms.
• Issue collection orders to carriers and coordinate with freight forwarders.
• Maintain Intrastat documentation and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or a similar administrative role.
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Precision and accuracy in handling data and documentation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Familiarity with Opus Opere (SvamPlus) or Opera (SvamPlus) software is preferred.
