About the role
This position supports the sales team by handling day‑to‑day client interactions and ensuring customers are well‑informed about our insurance offerings.
Key responsibilities
- Daily communication with clients in the office, by phone and email.
- Learn and understand insurance conditions to inform clients about the products we offer.
Required profile
- Comfortable communicating with clients face‑to‑face, over the phone and via email.
- Eager to acquire knowledge of insurance policies and products.
