Telecommunications Technician (m/f)

About the role

Telemach Hrvatska is looking for a Telecommunications Technician to work on customer sites across Pula, Poreč and Pazin. The role involves installing and maintaining telecom services, handling complaints and ensuring high‑quality network performance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform works at end‑user locations, connecting services and resolving complaints.
• Install household and building telecom installations.
• Use measurement instruments and tools independently.
• Prepare documentation of performed works.
• Troubleshoot and fix installation issues.
• Enter and track data in operational applications for all customer requests.
• Record, order and coordinate delivery of required materials and equipment.
• Conduct field work to collect data for documentation.
• Communicate with customers and other parties during the installation process and coordinate timely actions.
• Monitor and participate in resolving customer complaints about network quality within defined deadlines.

Required profile

• Secondary school diploma (SSS).
• Work experience in the same or similar positions.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Basic knowledge of optical access networks.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and database usage.
• Advanced level of English (spoken and written).
• Category B driving licence.
