About the role

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and lead classic, thematic and experiential sauna programs.
• Guide guests through sauna rituals and create a pleasant atmosphere.
• Advise guests on proper use of sauna and the wellness offer.
• Prepare scents, essential oils, music and other program elements.
• Participate in designing new rituals and sauna experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety of the sauna spaces.

Required profile

• Communicative, energetic and naturally inclined to work with people.
• Interest in wellness and sauna culture.
• Confidence and comfort presenting to groups of guests.
• Responsibility and strong sense for safety and hygiene.
• Creativity and desire to learn.
• Foreign language knowledge is an advantage.
