About the role

The University Computing Center in Zagreb is looking for a Procurement Officer (Referent za poslove nabave) to manage internal purchasing processes and support the institution’s procurement activities.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and process data in the internal procurement system.
• Issue purchase orders and monitor their execution and payment status.
• Conduct simple procurement procedures in accordance with the Public Procurement Act.
• Track contract performance for simple procurement and maintain contract records in the system.

Required profile

• Secondary education level 4.2 according to HKO standards.
• Active knowledge of English.
• Proficiency with MS Office and general computer use.
• Understanding of business correspondence rules.
• Strong communication skills, responsibility and a proactive work attitude.
