About the role

We are looking for a friendly and proactive Receptionist to join our team in Zagreb. The role involves being the first point of contact for guests, both in person and by phone, and ensuring a pleasant stay throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, handle phone inquiries and communicate directly with visitors.
• Manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, assign rooms according to the established schedule, and process payments.
• Provide guests with information, recommendations, transport arrangements, wake‑up calls and other assistance as needed.
• Maintain and archive reception documentation, report technical issues or damages, and ensure timely, accurate execution of delegated tasks.
• Handle cash and receivables responsibly.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience working as a receptionist.
• Excellent command of the English language.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a reception management system; experience with Opera is a plus.
