About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional receptionist to join our hotel team in Zagreb. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth check‑in and check‑out experience while providing accurate information and assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Register, check‑in, and check‑out guests with precise data entry and updates in the reservation system.
• Process payments for services and issue invoices.
• Provide guests with comprehensive information about the hotel and local area.
• Receive compliments and complaints, handling them promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate closely with the housekeeping department and other hotel staff to meet guest needs.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the reception manager.

Required profile

• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Preferably knowledge of at least one additional foreign language.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
