About the role

The company is looking for a Sales Associate to work in its Croatian‑language contact centre. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, present products, and find solutions that truly match client needs. The position is a morning shift (9 am‑5 pm) with weekends off.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales calls and engage customers in Croatian.
• Communicate clearly and build rapport with clients.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Listen to customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with teammates, share knowledge and learn on the job.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Participate in mandatory training before the first call.

Required profile

• Ease of communication and a natural, approachable attitude toward clients.
• Result‑driven mindset, understanding that effort is reflected in performance.
• Willingness to work in a team, share knowledge and learn daily.
• Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory; a strong desire to learn is essential.
• Ability to listen carefully and find solutions that truly fit the client.
