.NET Engineer (m/f) – Zagreb

About the role

SD Worx Croatia is looking for an experienced .NET Engineer to join its growing team in Zagreb. You will work on HRnet, a comprehensive Human Resources web application, contributing to new features, enhancements, and long‑term technical improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software solutions that support the HRnet web application.
• Participate in large‑scale, long‑term projects within the SD Worx Croatia business environment.
• Design, implement, and test new functionalities and future versions of HRnet.
• Propose and integrate new technologies and process improvements.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional experience with .NET technologies.
• Proven ability to work on web‑based business applications.
• Motivated, proactive, and team‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to different business domains.
