About the role

The company is looking for a skilled chef to join its kitchen team in Zagreb. The role involves independent preparation of dishes, ensuring high quality and presentation standards, and maintaining strict hygiene and safety protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare food independently according to menu specifications.
• Control the quality of prepared dishes and monitor all kitchen processes.
• Enhance service level by improving preparation techniques and plate presentation.
• Apply HACCP principles to guarantee food safety.
• Maintain hygiene and quality standards throughout the kitchen.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in similar culinary positions.
• Awareness of current culinary trends and various cuisine types.
• Strong sense of responsibility, planning and organizational abilities.
• Team‑oriented attitude.
• Foreign language knowledge and basic computer skills are a plus, but not mandatory.
