About the role

We are looking for a motivated Cook to join the newly opened Misto restaurant in Zagreb. The role involves preparing high‑quality dishes, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and collaborating with a dynamic service team in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present dishes according to restaurant standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, following HACCP procedures.
• Organise workstations and manage ingredient stock.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and service staff.
• Control the quality of raw materials and finished meals.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and food‑safety standards.

Required profile

• Experience in a kitchen is a plus, but motivated beginners are welcome.
• Organised, responsible and professional attitude.
• Ability to work well in a team and in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of basic culinary techniques.
• Speed, precision and a strong focus on hygiene.
