About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional waiter to join our team at Pizza bar FRATELLI in the Borovje district of Zagreb. The role involves direct interaction with guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve guests with courteous and efficient service.
• Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and correctly.
• Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to maintain smooth restaurant operations.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude.
• Experience as a waiter is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Reliability, punctuality and a sense of responsibility.
