IT System Administrator (m/f)

About the role

Join an international company where security is a daily priority. As an IT System Administrator you will set up and maintain colleagues' laptops, support onboarding, and help improve the organisation's security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot Mac and Windows laptops.
• Assist new hires with Wi‑Fi, VPN, file‑server access and application setup (Office 365, Teams, Outlook, Slack).
• Evaluate, implement and maintain malware protection on employee devices.
• Support VPN configuration and enforce network security policies.
• Document work and track tickets in Jira.
• Stay up‑to‑date on security technologies, threats and best practices.
• Provide security awareness training to staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of relevant IT support experience.
• Understanding of cloud services, networking concepts and multiple operating systems.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Professional attitude with high confidentiality, integrity and ethics.
• Proactive, self‑starter mindset and fast learning ability.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
