Integration Specialist (m/f)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Integration Specialist to join our team in Zagreb or Virovitica. You will act as the bridge between business, product, integrations and the end‑user experience, ensuring that every new service delivers clear value and an intuitive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse new products, services and integrations from the end‑user perspective.
• Participate in early‑stage discussions with Product, Sales, Compliance and other stakeholders.
• Define and document user journeys, happy paths, alternative flows and edge cases.
• Identify potential UX issues before development starts and propose improvements.
• Review existing services to enhance usability, adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to uncover enhancement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, developers, support and compliance teams.
• Take part in User Acceptance Testing and service validation activities.
• Gather and analyse feedback from users, partners and operations.
• Visit partners and service points to understand real‑world usage.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on customer experience and service quality.
• Prepare analyses, reports, recommendations and supporting documentation.
• Contribute to the development of integration methodologies, standards and best practices.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, integrations, payments, fintech or e‑commerce.
• Strong understanding of digital products and customer experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Bonus: background in fintech, payments, banking or regulated industries; experience with international partners.
