HR Specialist (m/f)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR professional to manage key HR and development processes, providing essential support to employees and managers across both corporate and retail operations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end talent management, from candidate sourcing and selection to onboarding and development tracking.
• Identify training needs, organize and deliver learning programs, and monitor their impact.
• Coordinate annual performance evaluations, motivation initiatives, and other HR development programs.
• Support employees and managers through career‑development discussions and resolve workplace challenges.
• Contribute to shaping organizational culture, improving employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Continuously improve HR processes by spotting improvement opportunities and proposing solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR, especially recruitment, selection, training and development.
• Familiarity with relevant labor legislation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build confidential professional relationships.
• Independent, organized, responsible and initiative‑taking.
• University degree in social sciences or a related field.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
