Experienced .NET Engineer for HR Web Application

About the role

We are looking for an experienced .NET Engineer to join SD Worx’s Adriatics team in Zagreb. You will work on HRnet, our cloud‑based Human Resources web platform, building new functionalities and enhancing existing ones while shaping future technical directions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software components that support the HRnet web application.
• Participate in large‑scale, long‑term projects within the SD Worx Croatia environment.
• Design, code, test, and deploy new features and future releases of HRnet.
• Propose and implement new technologies, architectural improvements, and best practices.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional experience with .NET technologies.
• Hands‑on experience building web‑based business applications.
• Proactive, team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to learn new domains.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field (beneficial but not mandatory).
