About the role

The Back Office Manager will ensure smooth daily operations of the office, handling correspondence, documentation and reporting for a fast‑growing technology company.

Key responsibilities

Manage business correspondence with partners, clients and the accounting department.
Monitor daily planners and coordinate activities with the team.
Prepare invoices and other essential documents.
Produce monthly reports for management.
Perform additional tasks required for the efficient functioning of the office.

Required profile

Higher education degree (VŠS/VSS).
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Strong problem‑solving ability and capacity to work independently.
High precision and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation.
