About the role

Monri Payments is looking for a proactive Customer Support Agent to join its Zagreb team. You will provide first‑line assistance to clients using the company’s software solutions, handling technical queries, installations, and user training.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver help‑desk support for client software and related services.
• Install software and perform initial database setup for new customers.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide advice on simple software queries.
• Analyze data and prepare management reports as needed.
• Maintain client databases and conduct user education sessions.
• Work in rotating shifts, including occasional remote days.

Required profile

• Proficiency with Windows operating system.
• Advanced computer skills, especially MS Office.
• Good written and verbal communication in Croatian.
• Experience in customer support, preferably with CRM systems.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work proactively.
• Secondary school or higher education (SSS/VŠS).
• Willingness to work in shifts.
