Telecom Solutions Architect

About the role

This strategic, customer‑facing position helps communication service providers modernise their operations with innovative telecom software solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to both technical and business stakeholders, guiding them through solution design, implementation and long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services and Product teams to create tailored telecom solution proposals.
• Lead technical discussions, presentations and workshops with customers to build confidence in proposed architectures.
• Support the full engagement lifecycle from pre‑sales discovery to post‑contract implementation and optimisation.
• Analyse customer feedback, operational challenges and market trends to inform product enhancements.
• Identify expansion and upsell opportunities while maintaining strong long‑term relationships.
• Advocate customer requirements across Engineering, Marketing, Product and Support teams.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience designing, developing or deploying telecom BSS/OSS solutions.
• Strong understanding of telecom architectures, operational workflows and emerging technologies such as 5G monetisation and AI‑driven solutions.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional technical and commercial teams in a customer‑facing role.
• Background in software development, systems integration or programme management is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder‑management skills.
