Injection Molding Operator – Healthcare Manufacturing

About the role

Join a global leader in engineering and manufacturing as an Injection Molding Operator in a regulated healthcare environment. You will operate injection molding equipment to produce medical device components while adhering to strict quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment according to approved work instructions.
• Perform machine start‑up, normal operation, and shutdown activities.
• Conduct visual inspections and basic in‑process quality checks.
• Execute line clearance and material segregation during changeovers.
• Complete production and traceability documentation accurately.
• Identify and report non‑conforming products and materials.
• Maintain GMP, EHS, and cleanroom requirements at all times.

Required profile

• Secondary school education or equivalent.
• Manufacturing experience preferred; injection molding experience advantageous.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and work shifts.
• Basic understanding of quality and safety systems.
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom or controlled environment.
