Information Technology Support Engineer (Hybrid)

About the role

EDITEL is seeking a full‑time Information Technology Support Engineer to join its Zagreb office. The position is hybrid, allowing a mix of on‑site and remote work while providing technical support, troubleshooting, system administration, and help‑desk services for the company’s digital transformation and EDI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support and troubleshooting for internal users and clients.
• Perform system administration tasks, including server monitoring and maintenance.
• Manage help‑desk tickets, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate and support EDI and related applications.
• Document incidents, solutions, and standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• Strong technical support and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience in system administration and help‑desk environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Relevant IT certifications are a plus.
