About the role
We are looking for a bilingual Customer Support specialist who can communicate fluently in Danish and English. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in Croatia while representing our brand and assisting customers.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customer service via email and phone.
- Identify customer needs and introduce the appropriate product range.
- Explain contractual terms, invoices, and cancellation policies.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout each interaction.
Required profile
- Fluent spoken and written Danish.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Proficient with MS Office applications.
- Experience in sales, telemarketing or similar customer‑facing roles is preferred.
- Confident, professional phone presence with a target‑driven, friendly attitude.
